TTS utilises the latest in surveying equipment and state of the art software to develop a scheme design.
Surveying
Total Stations surveying equipment is used to measure and record current site conditions. This information is then downloaded in to specialist 3D modelling software. The software enables the project designer to accurately calculate distances, gradients, areas and volumes. This precise information is then used to complete the design process. The software creates 3D visual plans making it possible for the designer to interact and receive input from the client. "Communication between client and designer is essential, to fulfil any project. The ability to provide design images and modify them, in front of the customer, is a great benefit". Alan Lewis TTS The DTM software and total station equipment can also be used in the construction and contractor monitoring process. The design data can also be used for machine controlled constructions, guiding graders to build faster and more accurate constructions. |
